Policies

A non-refundable scheduling fee is required in order to reserve your new client appointment time upon scheduling. The fee will be credited toward the procedure fees and/or the consultation cost if no treatment is completed on the day of your appointment.

If you schedule appointment without completing Online Consult, or with disregard to reasons why a brow procedure cannot be completed (found on book now and how to prepare for your visit pages ), the deposit will be retained by Permanent Makeup Boise for holding appointment time slot for you and removing it from the schedule.

If you no-call / no-show your first visit, an additional scheduling fee will be required to make a new appointment reservation, with original fee retained as non-refundable.

When getting confirmations requests and appointment reminders via email/text, please be sure to click the link to confirm the visit. Failure to do so may result in a cancelled appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to any appointment, it will most likely result in having to reschedule.

If you are rescheduled due to being late, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment, on top of the appointment fee.

If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again.

Cancellations need to be made with at least a 24 hour notice. If you don’t cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment, on top of the appointment fee.

No-Call / No-Shows are not tolerated. If you no call / no show any appointment, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. 

If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again.

Balance is due the day of procedure. Cash and Credit Card are accepted. Credit Card transactions will have a transaction fee of 2.75%.

Checks are not accepted.

If at any time, you go to another technician after Permanent Makeup Boise has done your original procedure/s, We will no longer perform any future touch-ups on you until pigment is faded. Without knowing products used, and the integrity of the other technician's work, quality cannot be guaranteed.

Clients who have had procedures performed by another technician will be charged the full new procedure price, 

according to the normal fee schedule, regardless of the procedure. PMB does not have reduced "touchup" rates for other artist's procedures.

We reserve the right to refuse any service or procedure. 

​

​

Any adjustment to fees or policies are at PMB sole discretion, and are made on a case-by-case basis, if applicable.

If you are sick, getting sick, or have had any symptoms in the last five-seven days, reschedule your appointment, with proper notice. If you come to your appointment appear sick, or show signs/symptoms, appointment will be canceled by technician.  Please be considerate.

and lastly... 

Due to the nature of your visit, no children are allowed in the treatment room during any procedure. We also ask that no small children are in front salon waiting area as you will be unable to attend to them.

 

*If you arrive with children, the appointment will be rescheduled. If your appointment is a First Time visit, a new scheduling fee will be necessary to reschedule and noted as a last minute cancellation.
